We require you to have extensive knowledge of OOP, design patterns, multi-tier architecture, real experience in web projects using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, AJAX or JQuery; we need you to master Transact-SQL and have experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server and/or Microsoft platform products in general.

For this position we require extensive experience in designing, consulting and implementation of projects at the Enterprise level on Microsoft. NET platform, a mastery of C#, ASPX, WPF, and an expert level on Microsoft products such as SharePoint Server, Exchange, BizTalk, SQL Server, as well as any existing Microsoft certifications substantiating this role.

This is one of the most important roles within Extend as we need to guarantee the quality of each one of our solutions. We require you to have experience in Software Testing (test cases, test matrices, functional testing, load testing, stress testing, and capacity testing, as well as methodologies and testing processes) and a desirable experience with Defect Management Tools and Automated Testing.

Rather than just experience in graphic design, you need to have common sense and an extra dose of creativity to design web graphic interfaces that make the difference between just another website, and a Web 2.0 Solution. We require you to master CSS, XHTML and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Illustrator. It's desirable you have some degree of familiarity with Silverlight and Expression Blend.
